Dean Minchington

Dean Minchington joined Entello Group in May 2010 bringing with him more than two decades of management experience.
Prior to joining Entello, Mr Minchington held the role of Chief Operating Officer – Commercial for Care Flight Queensland. He was responsible for the delivery of strategic planning, organisational management, compliance, budgeting and marketing for the organisation. He has also held senior management positions with Aviation Australia, Hawker Pacific and Origin Pacific Airways.
Mr Minchington brings to Entello a track record of success in delivering management excellence with a focus on customer-focused deliverables across business development, marketing and the delivery of nationally recognised training programs.
Brian Costello
Founder and Director

Brian Costello founded NIFS in 1999 and Entello in 2002 forming Entello Group’s constituent companies. He has more than 25 years experience in the finance industry. Mr Costello has published five works relating to personal finance and the financial markets.
A former pilot, Mr Costello previously served on the executive committee of the Australian Federation of Air Pilots as the Branch Secretary for Queensland and the Papua New Guinea Air Pilots Association. In these positions he was responsible for due diligence checks in relation to investment opportunities offered to the pilots. Prior to his aviation career Brian Costello served in the Australian Army.
He is currently a Director of Quality Practice Australia Pty Ltd, General Practice Australia Pty Ltd and Rural Health Medical Infrastructure Trust Ltd. He sits on the Board for the Qantas Founders Aviation Museum in Longreach.
Mr Costello is a sought after presenter on personal finance and holds relevant qualifications in both finance and training.
Pedram Firooztash
Investment Division Manager

Pedram Firooztash commenced working with Entello Pty Ltd in 2003. He has extensive experience with technical and fundamental analysis, portfolio management and customer service.
He has a degree in Economics and Post Graduate qualifications in Applied Finance & Investment. In addition to this, Pedram has up to date qualifications in Mortgage Broking and is currently a member of FBAA.
Pedram currently heads the Investment Division and oversees the analysis and selection of shares and Real Estate for the various client portfolios.
