CEO Update - November 2011

Dear clients,

In March this year the National Institute of Financial Studies sent out the first of our weekly training updates which were designed to keep you informed about the upcoming training. Through the year we have also used the training update to inform you of various issues such as the changes to the Farm Ready reimbursement grant, the introduction of new products such as the Discover Your Investment potential DVD, various webinar series and more recently, our Real Estate seminar.

In August of this year we also launched the fortnightly market update emails for our clients with portfolios under management. These emails also come out on a Friday meaning managed clients are receiving a double dose of email from us every second Friday.

We have struggled with the balance between useful information and the perception that this email is just another one of those marketing emails we all love so dearly and that seem to fill our email inbox with regular abandon.

Starting this Monday you will receive the first of our new look Training Updates that we hope will provide you with a far more valuable product than ever before. The first obvious change is that the email will be sent out on a Monday not Friday however the content is the key change.

Key changes to the content will be:

  1. We feel that there is enough going on in the training division that it warrants a short comment each week from our Training Manager, Julian Green. Julian's short paragraph or two will cover topics ranging from changes in the national training system and grants accessible by our client base to key interest items or new products.

  2. The upcoming training schedule will be more abridged but will remain in the weekly email as a heads up to all our clients and other interested people on training that has been scheduled for the coming two months. We appreciate the lead needed to plan attendance at these events and to apply for grant approval etc.

  3. Finally the third part of the weekly update will be pure training. The library of information the National Institute of Financial Studies has at its disposal will allow us to provide literally hundreds of short insights on investing, the economy and markets. Each week the training update will now include an interesting training insight for your reading pleasure, we hope you will enjoy these and find them of use.

Training and the provision of ongoing mentoring is a core value for the Entello Group. We hope that the new look training update will provide our clients, your friends and family useful updates and information that will assist you in building financial independence wherever you may be on your wealth creation journey.

Kind Regards,

Dean Minchington
